We’re now looking for an MRF Supervisor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

**The Role**
As an MRF Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day running of our Smallmead Materials Recycling Facility to ensure we fulfil our contractual obligations to three local councils.
With a focus on efficiency, you will manage the flow of recycling through the centre whilst optimising outputs within agreed budgets and timeframes.
Providing expert leadership, you will manage staff performance and facilities operation through clear communication, delegation of tasks and the delivery of staff training.
Additionally, you will:

- Ensure compliance with, Safety, Health, Environment and Quality regulations
- Schedule maintenance and repair works
- Ensure Risks Assessments are completed for all routine tasks
- Complete regular site inspections
- Ensure all materials are stored in line with COSHH and environmental regulations
**About You**
To be considered as an MRF Supervisor, you will need:

- Experience in a relevant waste, resource, or materials management role
- A record of consistent delivery within a demanding business environment
- Experience of supervising similar sized teams and facilities
- The ability to deliver contract value through influence at a local level
- Attention to detail and accustomed to working to detailed contract mechanisms
- The ability to analyse data and provide reports
Ideally you will have a relevant Certificate of Technical Competence (CoTC) or be working towards this.
The ability to operate mobile plant would be highly beneficial.
