As a **Senior Consultant** in **Aerospace, Defence, Security and Technology (ADS&T)** you'll be working alongside senior Atkins personnel who work with clients on a wide variety of digital transformation programmes. This could involve working in private and public sectors and could provide opportunities for overseas working if that’s what interests you. Atkins provides significant investment in training and support: we want to help you be successful.

**The role in Digital Advantage will involve**:

- Working alongside Atkins Technical Directors and with teams across Atkins to shape and deliver digital transformation for our customers.
- Working in cross-functional teams to develop deep insight in specific market areas and the key drivers for change.
- Helping to develop the transformation roadmaps that are at the heart of digital change for our customers.
- Leading teams in developing Digital Transformation activities for significant/complex transformations.
- Ensuring that the advice we give our customers reflects our principles for inclusion, diversity, equality, and sustainability and delivers social value as well as specific programme outcomes.
- Helping to research the key disruptive technologies of the future and how these will impact our customers, society, and the world we live in.
- Helping Atkins to continuously develop its services and value propositions for customers.
- On a day-to-day basis, working on specific programmes and projects to deliver high quality value driven outcomes for our clients.
- Championing our stakeholders' needs, ensuring development is aligned with their requirements and business goals.

**What you can bring?**
- Working collaboratively with senior stakeholders in technology-led transformation programmes, across strategy, business design and change management.
- Delivering transformational change, with awareness and knowledge of business change models, tools and techniques.
- Experience of working in a project delivery environment with a good understanding of structured and agile methodologies (e.g., APMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, MSP, DSDM, Scrum).
- Experience of leading stakeholders through business transformations.
- Exemplary stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Experience in facilitating workshops with wide range of stakeholders.
- Contributing to the sale of management consulting work, including bid development and presentations.
- Ideally, you will have experience in one or more of our key markets (Defence, Aerospace, Security, Energy, Utilities, Highways, Rail or the Public Sector).
- A hunger and passion to learn and develop yourself into becoming a future digital leader within Atkins.
- Taking a proactive role in our communities and the growth of our team to shape the Atkins of the future.
