Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a North Yorkshire based business, who specialise in the manufacturing of sustainable modular homes and are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join the team.
The Project Engineer duties and responsibilities will include:

- Assess the performance of current manufacturing processes, using appropriate structured techniques to drive improved performance
- Take ownership of time allocations for manufacturing processes
- Identify bottlenecks to ensure Production can achieve productivity targets
- Creation of routings, work allocation packages and manufacturing sequences and working with other engineers to ensure these are aligned with material routes, storage locations and general layout
- Design and implement manufacturing processes for new products, improvements of existing products and other improvements that are required to maintain and improve the economic viability of the product
- Assessment of work content and manning allocations inline with company ramp-up plan
We are very keen to speak to you if you have the following skills and experience:

- PFMEA
- Stakeholder engagement - production team, logistics, quality, safety etc.
- Process engineering experience - understanding of industrial engineering, line balancing, documentation
- SOP drafting & issue to production
- Background in capacity enabling projects
- Understanding of maintenance plans & spares management for new equipment
- Experience in Factory layout modelling - CAD
- Experience in scope, sourcing, install & commissioning of equipment is essential
