**Position**: Early Years Recruiter (Self-Employed)

**Location**: Remote/Flexible [open to meet up in open workspace]

**Contract Type**: Self-Employed/Freelance

**Hours**: Flexible, depending on client needs

**Compensation**: Commission-based with potential for recurring clients

PAY IS COMISSION ONLY 50% PER PLACEMENT, No base salary.

### Responsibilities:

- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with nurseries, preschools, and early learning centers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- **Marketing**: Promote job vacancies through creative marketing strategies and maintain a strong online presence to attract top talent.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Manage recruitment-related administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records, scheduling interviews, and preparing contracts.

### Requirements:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the early years education sector. A background in early childhood education is a strong advantage.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of early years education, including relevant qualifications and regulatory requirements.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- **Technology**: Proficiency in using recruitment software, social media platforms, and online job boards.
- **Network**: Established network within the early years education community is highly desirable.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and meet deadlines.
- **Ethics**: Strong commitment to ethical recruitment practices and safeguarding of children.
