FULL TIME CARE COORDINATOR WANTED
We are looking for an individual to bring something new to our already fabulous office team.
The post is for 37.5 hours per week, on a rolling four-week rota, consisting of a mix of split office days (07:00 - 16:00 / 18:00 - 22:00) and care shifts (07:00 - 14:30 / 16:00 - 21:30).
Along with three other coordinators, you will be responsible for creating rotas to manage the daily care requirements of our clients, ensuring you remain within employees’ contracted hours. You will work closely with local authority and hospital discharge teams to maintain the flow of new packages and will work to reduce the number of people going without care in North Devon.
You will contribute to our on-call service between the hours of 18:00 and 22:00, providing a first port of call for all enquires and emergencies.
At least 1 years' care experience and a cheery disposition is a must
