Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Leader to join our team this summer. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a group of children in a school and residence facility. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for early childhood education and strong leadership skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care
- Living on site, prepare and deliver engaging activities including during evenings and weekends
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans
- Supervise and manage daily routines, such as social time, bedtimes, mornings and meals
- Provide guidance and support to assistant group leaders and volunteers
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Monitor children's progress and report any concerns to parents or management
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive learning environment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working with children in an early childhood education setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a group of children effectively
- Good organisation and communication skills
- A flexible team player, able to adapt to dynamic situations and challenges on camp.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)

**Requirements**:

- DBS
- Reference from previous job

**Benefits**:

Pay: £550.00-£700.00 per week

**Education**:

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
- Nursery experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
