**Salary**: £34,032

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Be responsible for supporting the delivery of communications and engagement activities with the necessary Line of Business (LoB) Communication teams
- Day-to-day management and updating of the Communications channels, Stakeholder and Networking databases, Content Management System (CMS), Engagement channels and resources and shared/SharePoint filing systems
- Interface with key Partner Communications contacts for the dissemination of routine internal communications issues as necessary under the guidance of Senior Communications and Engagement colleagues
- Work as part of the wider communications team to support, where appropriate, a proactive, consistent, and coordinated approach for all communications and engagement activity and communications collateral, campaigns, initiatives and publications
- Support delivery of a wide range of communications and engagement activities by working as part of a team as necessary. This work include supporting delivery of targeted Alliance wide Communications campaigns and events
- Continually seek opportunities for improvement in communications, reducing cost and eliminating waste to facilitate a ‘good practice’ approach in all aspects of Communication Delivery

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- Able to effectively articulate information in a logical and concise way that is appropriate to the intended audience
- Strong communication skills and experience in communications or public relations (PR)
- Excellent IT skills, advanced knowledge of MS Office including; PowerPoint/Excel/Word & Digital communication mediums

Desirable:

- Experience in event management
- Have experience of building and maintaining effective and professional relationships
- Strong administration skills including; preparation of documents via communication mediums
