**Job Information**:

- Children's Residential Support Worker
- Supporting Children and Young People with learning disabilities and complex needs
- Supporting within a 6 bedded home
- The home is connected to a specialist school, you will support at the home, in the school alongside other professionals and in the community
- Due to the needs of the young people, personal care may be required
- Manage, update and follow care plans
- Organise and take part in activities with the young people
- Ensure support and care given meets OFSTED standards
- Droylsden based

**Company**:

- Have HR, recruitment and training departments, to assist and develop staff members

- Organisation supports children across the country, with a variety of different backgrounds
- Paid induction and training

**Pay**:

- Without level 3 in children and young people = £12.60 ph,
- With level 3 in children and young people = £13.00 ph,
- £62 per sleep

**Hours**:

- Early, late and long day shifts, + between 2-5 sleeps amonth
- Full time, permanent role
- 39 hours a week contract

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per hour
