**WEEKEND NEGOTIATOR/ADMINISTRATOR - Part time**

jdm Estate Agents are currently recruiting for weekend negotiators to join their teams across the Bromley boroughs.

**Main Duties Include (not in order of priority)**
- Register applicants
- Attend and follow up property viewings
- Prepare, update and manage vendor and applicant database
- Support the branch with any other activity required by management
- Contribute to the overall office sales targets

**Person Specification**
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to build trust and credibility
- The ability to handle a number of tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in IT using Microsoft Office packages and computerised databases
- Self-motivation and excellent organisation skills
- Clean driving license and use of a car

**Salary**

£10.50 per house

**Hours of work**

Saturdays 9am-5.30 pm on Saturday, Ad hoc Sundays 10am-4pm

Some weekday 9am to 6pm shifts may also be available depending on experience

**Application Process**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8.5 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
