HR Generalist

**Our client, an established company who are constantly working to innovate within the distribution sector, is currently looking for an HR Generalist to join their team in Slough on a permanent, full time basis.**

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive Employee Relations support to employees across the business.

Key focus areas will include:

- Employee relations, including disciplinaries and grievances
- Providing training, mentoring and support to managers on staff management, hiring and ER cases
- Providing general HR support for the business as needed
- HR administration tasks, including accurate minute taking.
