Tempting Recruitment is delighted to represent our esteemed client, a prominent Educational Institution in North West London, as we seek an experienced Quality Enhancement Officer to join their dynamic team.

**The Position**:

- Collaborate as a strategic partner with University Faculty members, guided by a supervising manager, to implement quality procedures at the Faculty level.
- Offer expert support, advisory services, and guidance to University Faculties and Professional Services, emphasizing:
- Streamlining in-house and collaborative program validation, review, and change processes.
- Assisting collaborative partners in aligning with the University's quality systems.
- Efficiently manage in-house and collaborative validation and review events from planning to execution, including comprehensive reporting.
- Maintain accurate records for your designated Faculty, serving as a key information source while adhering to QAA, OfS, and CMA standards.
- Conduct collaborative site visits, nurturing relationships with partner institutions.
- Serve Faculty committee(s) dedicated to quality assurance, playing a pivotal role in advancing academic excellence.
- Support audits of institutional practices within the University's quality systems.
- Contribute to projects enhancing the Academic Quality Service's impact.
- Provide unwavering support for University and collaborative partner audits, upholding the highest standards.
- Fulfil additional responsibilities aligned with the role's objectives as directed by your manager.
- Adhere to Middlesex University's policies, including Equality & Diversity, promoting inclusivity.
- Assist during peak workloads and cover for absent team members, ensuring seamless operations.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Attained degree-level education or equivalent work experience, showcasing both academic and practical capabilities.
- Demonstrated administrative expertise in a dynamic office setting, highlighting adaptability and versatility.
- Exhibited skill in task organization and prioritization for deadline adherence, requiring mínimal supervision.
- Established aptitude for proactive and self-directed work, demonstrating independent decision-making prowess.
- Tracked and enhanced policy implementation, contributing innovative suggestions.
- Collaborated effectively within teams, contributing positively and cooperatively.
- Familiarity with quality systems pertinent to UK Higher Education, ideally gained from HE institution involvement.
- A wholehearted commitment to translating the University's Equality and Diversity policy into practical actions.
- Proficient in accurate minute-taking and comprehensive report writing.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at networking and conveying information verbally and in writing across diverse levels.
- Ability to articulate intricate policies and procedures for diverse audiences.
- Advanced IT proficiency, especially within the Microsoft Office suite.
- Effective function as a Business Partner across multiple University entities, spanning Faculties, Schools, and Professional Services.
- Proven commitment to precision, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.

**Contract**:3 months (Possible Extension)

**Salary**:£17 p/h (Umbrella)

**Start Date**: September 1st 2023

**Work Pattern: Hybrid* **Monday - Friday / 9 am - 5 pm
- _Required to be on on-site average 2 days a week; to work in faculty one day per week, and we have additional days AQS meetings (fortnightly) or faculty meetings (monthly)._
