GXO are looking for an **MI Analyst** to join us on our Currys contract based in Newark. This is a new role where you will be key in supporting the MI Manager to explore, consolidate, design and implement data and reporting tools across thecampus to senior stakeholders. You will drive a unified approach to managing data across the contract, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact on how this is delivered.

This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis, working 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday.

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £28,000 per annum. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Explore the various data and reporting tools used on site, evaluating what we use, why we use it and if it is the best system to use
- From your evaluations design and implement standardised data and reporting tools across the campus
- You will be responsible for reporting on a wide range of data from resource SLA’s and KPI’s
- You will gather and analyse data, adapt it to present in a way that is appropriate for the intended audience

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience working with large volumes of data from different sources, adapting data to make sure it is fit-for-purpose
- Ability to translate data into visuals and the ability to adapt visualisation depending on the audience
- A curious approach, not afraid to challenge the status quo
