There are some fantastic opportunities in North Lincolnshire for Assertive Outreach Workers to join our team.

We are part of North Lincolnshire's One Family Approach - you can be too Our outreach youth offer is vital to achieving the best outcomes for children and young people.

The outreach youth team is part of our targeted youth offer who work in partnership with other agencies such as Safer Neighbourhoods and Humberside Police. Our approach to risk outside the home is a priority and you will play a vital role in co-ordinating and targeting hotspots/locations to positively engage children and young people including evenings and weekends in the community.

You must be able to plan and organise your work, have natural professional curiosity and be able to work in a multi-agency manner in line with our one family approach. You must have a can-do attitude as this work can be very demanding at times but at the same time extremely rewarding.
