Room Attendant for Housekeeping Department

We are looking for a new addition to our friendly team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Nottingham-Gateway hotel to help us deliver the best standards in our Housekeeping department.
- You will be the face of the department alongside the housekeeping management, communicating with your supervisor and Maintenance ensuring a smooth and memorable experience
- Acknowledging guests in a polite and friendly manner and delivering great customer service
- Cleaning guest rooms on a daily basis to ensure excellent standards and to check furnishing equipment are clean and in good repair paying attention to detail
- Liaise with HOD/DM to ensure all sections of the rooms are spring cleaned in rotation
- Assist in monitoring and controlling housekeeping procedures, including lost and found, control, security and emergency procedures
- Working inline with Housekeeping Management to ensure a smooth running of the department and communicate with each other

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Shift would be 5 out of 7 days. Starting at 4-9pm

**Salary**: Up to £10.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
The hotel follows the latest government guidelines, everyone working or visiting the hotel is required to wear a face covering and regularly wash their hands. Those not complying are prompted to do so. The hotel delivers the Hilton CleanStay protocols.

Part-time hours: 25-30 per week
