Head of Delivery
We are seeking an Head of Delivery. You will need experience having previously with developing, testing, implementing, and evolving an agile delivery infrastructure that includes resource distribution, success factors, agile team culture, rhythms and rituals,tracking and reporting, and methods and tools to support real impact.
This is a newly created position to be supported by and to lead a team to develop and implement a framework.

Our Client is a not for profit and well known innovative organisation in the City of London.
What will you be doing?
As Head of Delivery you will be working closely with the Executive Community to create and improve conditions for Delivery Groups and other strategic projects to do their best possible work. You will also be developing, testing, implementing, and evolving anagile delivery infrastructure that includes resource distribution, success factors, agile team culture, rhythms and rituals, tracking and reporting, and methods and tools to support real impact.
Your key duties will also include:

- Developing a framework to ensure high quality metrics are developed.
- Contributing to income generation
- Ensuring timely and effective kick-off and reporting on delivery to external funding partners and stakeholders as well as internal executive community, trustees and other governing bodies.
- Setting up a supportive community of practice of delivery managers.
- Developing learning, training and ongoing CPD for the delivery team.
- Works closely with pathway delivery groups to define quality metrics for good delivery and embedding live tracking and mitigation approaches to continuously improve delivery quality.
- Any other reasonable related and required duties.
About you:
You will need to have relevant experience within a similar position and with Project Management.
You will also need:

- Degree educated or similar.
- Significant experience multi-disciplinary programme manager working in a UK and global context.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Significant experience of project management.
- Experience of building and facilitating communications and influencing strategies.
- Significant experience project managing large
campaigns, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams in
the production of content and management of
communication channels through teams in achieving
outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
What's in it for you?
The Head of Delivery is a Permanent position opportunity. The working hours are 35 per week with some hybrid working (1-2 days from home). The applicable salary is £62,000pa-£70,000pa (dependent on experience) plus outstanding benefits such as generous pension,29 days annual leave, coaching and more.
