The role of a care worker is challenging but highly rewarding. As a Care worker you will need to be self-motivated, organised, flexible, caring, sensitive to the needs of others be active team player but also able to work on own initiative.

The role includes:

- Care for and encourage our Service Users in their own homes in a variety of ways, based on their individual circumstances enabling them to be independent in their own homes.
- Assist with personal care (washing, bathing and toileting).
- Assist with shopping, meal preparation and light domestic duties.
- Assist with medication, mobility and other more complex care needs (specialist training provided).
- Provide companionship and assist with activities/outings,.

You must have right to work in the UK. At least NVQ level 2 or Care Certificate is required. Also required-experience of working with challenging behaviour client.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.75-£14.50 per hour
