Are you ready to make a positive impact on the environment? Our client, a leader in soil remediation and waste processing, is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the crucial role of Soil Treatment Facility Operator at their cutting-edge facility in South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contaminated Soil Management: Oversee the reception of contaminated soil, conduct sampling, and compare results against acceptance criteria.
- Technical Expertise: Perform soil treatment to meet both technical and commercial targets efficiently.
- Documentation Mastery: Complete paperwork accurately and upload essential documentation onto the central system.
- Safety and Security: Uphold the health and safety and security of the site and its surroundings.
- Day-to-Day Management: Demonstrate the ability to manage the site independently when the STF Manager is off-site.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in the environmental or waste sector.
- Qualification: Willingness to work towards the WAMITAB qualification, if not already held.
- Certifications: Health and safety qualification is desirable, but not essential. SSSTS/SMSTS, COSHH, asbestos awareness are a plus.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office 365.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills.
