1st Homecare, a specialist provider of personalised homecare support operating throughout Scotland. We provide a range of care and support services for vulnerable adults and children.

We’re seeking to recruit some great new support workers; people with the right values and attitude to work in our care service - could this be you?

We currently have 2 working patterns for full time and part time hours, expected hours**:16-40 per week** with the opportunity to increase your hours with overtime.

**Weekly working pattern 1**
- 4 days on, 4 days off
- Full time hours - 7am - 1.30pm break - 3.30pm - 9.30pm
- Part time 7am - 1.30pm or 3.30pm-9.30pm
- Salary: £12.00 per hour
- Mileage rate at 30p per mile
- No experience necessary as full paid training will be provided

**Weekly working pattern 2**
- Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
- Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Every second weekend off
- Full time hours - 7am - 1.30pm break - 3.30pm - 9.30pm
- Part time 7am - 1.30pm or 3.30pm-9.30pm
- Salary: £12.00 per hour
- Mileage rate at 30p per mile
- No experience necessary as full paid training will be provided

**We also offer bank/relief hours where staff submit their availability 1 month in advance shifts can be allocated on an ad-hoc basis.**

**About the role**:
The role will include visiting several homes within a shift, providing the people we support with daily living tasks. The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. The people we support are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. As a care at home support worker, you will provide support with:

- All aspects of Personal Care
- Meal Preparation and meal being served
- Administration of Medication
- Catheter Care
- Emotional Support
- Companionship

**About you**:
Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right attitude and behaviours to match our own You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications to get started - we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent support worker.
