Our lovely Client based in Hereford is currently recruiting for a Junior Account Manager to carry out the following:
*The Job Responsibilities include:*
- Supporting a Senior account managers.
- Responsibility to manage a portfolio of business clients with multiple energy/water supply contracts.
- Tendering, Quoting, and securing the renewal of energy/water supply contracts.
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintaining and growing client relationships
- Supporting Senior account managers
- Resolving complex queries with clients and suppliers in an efficient manner.
- Work with customer services to resolve billing or client contract issues.

*Experience required:*
- Experience of working in a telephone-based role or face to face with business customers.
- Excellent written skills
- Extremely well organised, able to prioritise and manage a busy and changing workload.
- The ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Good presentation and communication skills
- General computer knowledge is essential (Word & Excel)
