We are looking for a Communal Area Cleaner for an over 50s multi occupancy complex in Rushycroft

**Duties**:

- hovering
- cleaning kitchen
- cleaning visitor toilet
- cleaning the lounge area
- dusting
- communicating with residents and development manager

monday, wednesday, friday : 9:30 am - 11:30 am (start time can be negotiated)

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Withington, M20 4NE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
