Disbursements/ Accounts Clerk

We are looking for an accounts / disbursements clerk to work in our accounts department.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Entering all the disbursement items & daily bank receipts into the accounting system.
- Responsible for managing pocket money account including Weekly Reconciliation.
- Processing payments against all the recoverable invoices.
- Processing commission payments.
- Booking tickets for all the Educational, Social and Half Term Trips.
- Setting up and managing clients’ accounts in accordance with the company procedure.
- Raising high volumes of sales invoices using computerized systems.
- Responsible for assisting parents with any invoice queries and resolving any invoice discrepancies.
- Setting up new Direct Debits
- Allocating receipts and reconciling to customer statements.
- Responsible for ordering office supplies
- Responsible for producing Weekly Debtors Reports.
- Responsible for Debt collection
