Are you ready for a rewarding opportunity to contribute to your community? Hull City Council is seeking an Overpayments Officer to join our team, offering a competitive rate of £16.01 UMB P/H and a hybrid working arrangement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Contribute to efficient overpayment collection.
Maintain knowledge of legislation and best practices.
Assist with recovery of the BID Levy.
Provide excellent customer service.
**Experience Required**:
Experience in housing benefits or debt recovery.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Understanding of Housing Benefit legislation.
**Note**: Full-time office work for the first 3-4 weeks, then potential for hybrid working.
