Lead Cardiology Acp

As Lead ACP for Cardiology services, you will work closely with other departmental ACP, Senior Nurses, Consultant Leads, the Directorate triumvirate and the Head of Nursing/Professions in the Medical Care Group. You will lead on all aspects of advanced clinical practice and be focused on patient safety, experience and quality assurance frameworks. You must be able to demonstrate a compassionate approach to the care of patients and the public. The Cardiology services Lead ACP will provide managerial and professional support on a day-to-day basis to all ACP/tACPs across Cardiology, ensuring all 4 pillars of advanced practice are delivered.

You will need to possess the ability to work as a key decision maker alongside the multi professional team, ensuring the safe implementation of an advanced practice strategy within the care group in accordance with research, policy, national standards and the NMC Code.
