Job Title: AAC Resource Developer (RD) and Teaching Assistant (TA)

Reporting to: AAC Teacher coordinator and area manager

Job Purpose: Supporting students who rely on AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) in the Weston-Super-Mare area for teaching assistant support and potentially across the UK for Resource Development support.

Hours: 35 hours per week.

**Salary**: £19,085.58 to £25,073.54 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Communication and Learning Enterprises Limited are a not for profit organisation who support students with special educational needs across the UK. Due to the increasingly high demand for our services, we are looking to expand our amazing team and are in need of an enthusiastic teaching assistant to join us in the Weston-Super-Mare area, working to support students with disabilities, who use **Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). The role is varied and includes computer based resource development duties that can be done remotely from home, alongside going into educational settings to support students.**
