**Finance Assistant**

We are partnering with a well-established family business in Beverley that has an exceptional reputation within the local area and are experts in their field. They are currently seeking a **Finance Assistant **to join their dynamic and welcoming team.

This role is part-time, 20 hours over four or five days. The role is office based and the salary is circa £15 - £17 per hour, depending on your experience.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Daily reconciliation of bank feeds into Quickbooks and Paypal accounts.
- Credit Control - including allocating customer receipts and chasing for payments.
- Monthly Payroll (using Quickbook)
- Processing supplier invoices and expenses
- Twice monthly payment runs preparation.
- CIS deductions for subcontractors - managing via PAYE payments.
- Preparing and posting journals for monthly Management Reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced Finance Assistant
- Excellent all round accounts experience
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Flexible to support a small team
- Well organised
