Are you looking for an exciting, new role at Linc? Could you lead on the delivery of manual handling training? Do you enjoy meeting new team members and supporting with their training needs?

**The main duties of this role include**:

- Lead on the coordination and delivery of manual handling training and competency assessments of staff.
- Contribute to maintaining the safety of residents by providing nurses with advice and recommending equipment to safely manage their manual handling requirements.
- Contribute to ensuring compliance with Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER).
- Liaise with the home manager for the ordering of generic equipment e.g. slings, wedges, palm protectors
- Coordinate the supply of wheelchairs and specialist chair to the home and arrange for adjustments and maintenance when needed
- Support the care activities of the home

We are looking for a member of the team who can lead by example, communicate to a high standard, has a great eye of detail and can plan and prioritise effectively. Please see job description attached for more information.
