You will join us on a permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£36,400 per annum**. Although this is 37 hour full time role, we are open to a part time working pattern of 30 hours per week across Monday to Friday.

**What can you expect to be doing?**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced advisor to take up a senior position within our small but busy advisory team, playing a key role in helping us deliver the very best people practices across all areas of the Hospice.

Under the guidance of the HR Manager, you will put your professional expertise in employee relations, performance management and attendance into practice, guiding and coaching colleagues, managers and staff members in best practice and in line with legislation and policy. You will also be managing your own case work, some of which may be complex.

This is an opportunity for an HR professional to really have an impact on the way we do things and helping maintain a culture that’s fair, consistent and respectful.
