Hotel Breakfast Supervisor

We have an excellent opportunity available for **Breakfast** **Supervisor.**

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join an upcoming hotel.

**About the role**

Under the guidance of the Operations Manager, you will be part of a team of supervisors who are responsible for the day to day operation of the breakfast outlet. You will be ensuring delivery of exceptional service to our guests adhering with hotel standards.

The main duties will include:

- Supervision of all Food & Beverage assistants
- Daily checks on all F&B areas ensuring standards
- Be an excellent team player
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
- Ensure compliance of standards
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Represent needs of the team
- Assist Operations Manager with training and development of team members
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Ensure all F & B areas are on the best standards of cleaning and any maintenance issues are resolved
- Previous F&B experience at supervisory level
- Ability to lead and supervise the team
- Flexible to business needs

The position is a permanent contract
