**Early Years Leader**

We are looking for a talented and inspirational teacher, an aspiring leader and an empathetic communicator with previous experience of working in Year R who will:

- Have a passion for learning and be able to demonstrate the highest standards of teaching;
- Be able to develop our creative curriculum that enthuses children and encourages independence;
- Have a dynamic leadership style and can already evidence the impact of their successful leadership or can demonstrate the qualities to become a successful leader.
- Be able to lead and motivate colleagues to achieve the highest standards of teaching and learning and hold them to account for progress and attainment;
- Be experienced in coaching colleagues and can demonstrate the impact of coaching on the quality of teaching;
- Have the ability to think strategically and to lead initiatives effectively and monitor and evaluate the impact of actions taken;
- Be an excellent communicator with all;
- Be extremely well organised - yet with a flexible approach;
- Have a desire to make a difference every day to the children and adults across the school.
