**Marketing Assistant**

Do you have an eye for detail? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity? We are looking for an organised, customer-focused individual to join our marketing team based at our Head Office in Maidstone in the role of Marketing Executive.

About the position

To work with both the OEM and Group franchise retailer network to support the delivery of quarterly marketing plans. Having a keen understanding of the evolving demands of the automotive industry and utilising both traditional and digital marketing expertise to ensure that all business and departmental objectives are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- To develop, plan and implement a sustained online and offline marketing strategy
- Measure and present sales and marketing success metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
- Support manufacturer requirements, ensuring that standards are met in terms of CI compliance, required marketing actions around model launches and brand campaigns, and adhering to quarterly deadlines
- Work closely with the internal marketing, creative, and CRM teams, along with 3rd party suppliers to maximise the performance of campaigns
- Management of online presence including Social Media and Google reviews, and the day-to-day maintenance of the internal and OEM websites including content management and product updates
- Planning, organisation and end-to-end execution of campaigns, promotions and events
- Ensure marketing plans and activity adhere to internal and external process guidelines, including how to manage financial promotions and customer data

Preferred skillset:

- Proven experience with delivering marketing plans and campaigns
- An interest in automotive
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and lead when required
- An understanding of the importance of exceptional customer experience
