**Personal Assistant to UHNWI / Private Family**

**Location | Belgravia, London + occasional travel to Berkshire**

**Salary | £60,000 - £65,000**

Overview

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join a prestigious private family based in Belgravia, London.

This position has become available again due to a change of circumstances, offering a unique opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to step into a pivotal role within this UHNW household.

The role will report into a Senior PA.

**Job duties**:
Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant in Belgravia include:

- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Act as a point of contact between the Principal, senior management, and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist in organising and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
- Manage and prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a similar role working for a HNWI/UHNWI
- A valid driving licence
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, and not afraid of rolling-up sleeves
- Proactive and resourceful with a positive attitude
- An impeccable eye for detail

**Hours**

Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Occasional weekend work when the Principal is in residence.

**Location**

Belgravia, London plus occasional travel to Berkshire.

**Salary**

£60,000 - £65,000 + discretionary bonus.
