Sterling Recruitment Services are currently looking to recruit, on behalf of our client, for an experienced wood work fabricator. This is due to continued growth through out the company.

Our client is a small business based within Newton Aycliffe manufacturing products that are distributed through out the UK. They have had continued success and growth which has lead to them needing to recruit for an experienced joiner or woodwork fabricator.

**Duties Include**:

- Fabricating solid surface materials
- Assembling wooden frames
- Working with technical drawings
- Work to meet tight deadlines
- Use of machines, hand and power tools
- Quality checking the worked products

**Personal Requirements**:

- Have experience in fabrication
- Previous experience with wood work
- Be honest and reliable
- Able to work as a team and individually

The working hours of the role are 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday with the potential of some overtime available.

The pay rate for the role is between £12.00 - £13.50 per hour dependant on experience.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newton Aycliffe: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 1 year (preferred)
- Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)
- Fabrication: 1 year (preferred)
