**Purpose of the post**:

- Ensure that the people of Gwynedd are at the heart of everything we do.
- To serve face to face at the reception / answer the telephone / to receive money from customers from using the facility /Typing / Translating / financial and administration responsibilities

**Responsibility for functions**:

- Receiving monies from customers and adhering to the financial regulations.

**Main duties**:

- Serving customers and providing correct information / answering the telephone in a professional maner
- Being courteous and professional at all times
- Receiving payments from customers (e.g.) Swimming lessons / bookings / sessions etc.
- Adhering to the centres operational procedures / N.O.P — E.A.P
- Dealing with minor Fist Aid situations
- Banking monney at the end of the shifft
- Banking procedures / TR34's — Bangor Pool / Treborth Track
- Billing for the facility / Block bookings / Clubs / schools and one off's (TR296) and (Cais i godi)
- Café invoicing / and administration
- Assisting in the banking procedures for Arfon Sports Hall and Treborth Track
- Translation responsibilities
- Complete tasks as and when requiredAny other relevant agreed work to assist the facilit / Centre Mana er
- Responsibility for self-development.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety rules in the workplace in accordance with the responsibilities noted in the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Council’s Health and Safety Policy.
- Operate within the Council’s policies in relation to equal opportunities and equality.
- Responsible for managing information in accordance with the Council’s information management guidelines. Ensure that personal information is treated in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
- Commitment to reducing the Council’s carbon emissions in accordance with the Carbon Management Plan, and to encourage others to act positively towards reducing the Council’s Carbon Footprint.
- Undertake any other reasonable duty which corresponds to the salary level and responsibility level of the job.
- Responsibility to report any concern or suspicion that a child or vulnerable adult is being abused.
