This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding CRO based in Nottingham who provides services to drug development and discovery programs to start ups all the way to medium sized biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. They are searching for a Cell Biologistto join the team who will be involved in performing cell based and biochemical assays.
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Develop and perform cell based and biochemical assays for a number of different projects.
- Support routine laboratory tasks as maintenance and operations.
- Involved in writing and following SOPs and health and safety procedures.
- Be involved in following regulatory guidelines.
- Provide written reports internally and externally.

**What they are looking for**:

- A PhD in Cell Biology or in an equivalent field.
- Experience with cell culture, cell-based assays, biochemical assays and western blotting.
- Experience with high throughput screening.
- Experience with building assay systems.
- Experience with Imaging analysis software.
