Location: Hybrid with some requirement for travel to offices in Lancing and Newton Abbot.

Working pattern: 24hrs per week (we are flexible on the days/hours worked, however a 9am Monday start time is essential to meet the demands of the role)

**What you’ll do**

We are looking for an energized, efficient and passionate Assistant HR Business Partner to support the
People Services team in the implementation of our strategic plan and to ensure the delivery of a customer centric HR service across the Group.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- To support the recruitment process and ‘offer to desk’ process including all pre-employment checks and setup with IT
- Ensuring that HR trackers are regularly updated
- Deliver the HR Onboarding presentation to new starters (on alternate Mondays at 10am) alongside the other Assistant HR BP
- Completing general HR administration including drafting letters, invites, surveys, change of terms
- Maintain the training matrix and people profile
- To ensure all systems are managed accurately and databases are kept up-to-date and completing adhoc audits of HR information

- Provider administrative support for the group payrolls to the Payroll Coordinator for with the outsourced payroll provider and Finance, ensuring that any employee changes are captured effectively
- To complete exit interviews (and other surveys) and capture data to help the Group understand what we can do better.
- Working on adhoc People projects (we have a lot of exciting initiatives in the pipeline) working to your skillset and offering development opportunities.

**Who you are**
- You will be an experienced HR Administrator with proven experience of working within fast faced, agile businesses (we don’t have a preference on sector)
- You will have hands-on experience of the full employee lifecycle and be passionate about creating a great place for people to work and thrive in
- You are a self-starter, motivated and methodical in your approach
