Do you have previous Accounts experience and are looking to join a busy team at their Head Office in Poole ?

Do you have advanced Word and Excel skills and a good knowledge of Sage ?

Working for a leading organisation at their Head Office in Poole you will be responsible for reporting to the Finance Supervisor and assisting in a variety of duties including:

- Sales Invoicing and using different currencies

Reconciling customer accounts and Amazon accounts in 5 different territories

Credit checks and setting up new customer accounts on Sage

Sending out monthly statements and raising credit notes as required

Assisting with month end journals

Sales Ledger Administration and Purchase Ledger

Assisting with Purchase ledger invoices

Full Accounts support to the Finance Supervisor
