**What You Will Do**:

- Provide safety support and advice to all personnel on the Aberdeen site.
- Provide support to the Regional SHE Manager in the development and review of regional SHEQ policies, procedures and best industry practices to align with ChampionX Global Integrated Management System.
- Coordinate SHEQ programs, activities and best practices across the region to ensure the one team approach in ChampionX safety culture.
- Reduce risks in operational activities through development of associated SHEQ standards, operating procedures, and assessments.
- Ensure SH&E metrics, trends and performance measurements are communicated to management, employees and customers as required.
- Routinely evaluate the status of SHEQ systems, performance and compliance through site visits, audits, and other assessment tools.
- Manage any communications and interactions with relevant regulatory agencies ensuring compliance with all notifications and requirements.
- Ensure that SH&E incidents and near misses are investigated, communicated and actions identified, monitored and tracked to closure.
- Encourage the monitoring and analysis of Safety Observations, encouraging participation through actively resolving issues and providing feedback,
- Drive collation of environmental data to support the organizations goals and objectives. In line with environmental aspects and impacts across the region.
- Provide support to the safety champion network.
- Support ChampionX SHEQ training programme.
- Support the Management of Change (MOC), Hazard Analysis and Continuous Improvement processes within the Plant.
- Ensure chemical safety through COSHH and company product set-up evaluations.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
- Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Excellent work ethic; promoting a positive attitude at all times.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or degree in a related topic.
- ISO 45001/ 14001/ 9001 Internal Auditor Qualification
