**Position Details**:

- Start Date: Immediate
- Employment Type: Full-time, Long-term (until the end of the academic year)
- Compensation: £80.00 - £90.00 per day (experience-dependent)

**Responsibilities**:As a Teaching Assistant, your role will involve working closely with the teaching staff to provide invaluable support and guidance to students in their educational pursuits. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting in the implementation of lesson plans and educational activities.
- Offering one-on-one or small group assistance to students requiring additional support.
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and ensuring their unique learning requirements are met.
- Fostering positive behaviour and maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- Aiding in classroom management and the organisation of learning materials.
- Collaborating with teachers to track student progress and provide feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working with children/young people is essential.
- Possession of an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is mandatory.
- Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young learners and aiding them in realizing their full potential.
