**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Registration, Booking and Reception of patients arriving for appointments, ensuring accurate demographic and appointment details are recorded on the Electronic Patient Record.
- Assist and direct patients to the appropriate clinic/treatment areas.
- Answer telephone calls and deal with all staff/patient requests/enquiries in a polite and courteous manner.
- Input Clinic Outcome Sheets onto the Trust EPR.
- Receive and prioritise workloads including new referrals, outcome sheets and urgent scan requests.
- Manage shared inbox and respond to/action requests.
- Manage text reminder service and action cancellations

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:

- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- System knowledge - Lorenzo, PAS (desirable)
- Previous NHS experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel
