At Glasgow Spinal Care, we are currently recruiting for a Sports therapist to join our Chiropractic Clinics in Glasgow. We are an expanding Chiropractic practice made up of 4 clinics in Glasgow's west end, Rutherglen, East Kilbride and Ayr.
We are looking for an experienced sports therapist who is friendly but professional, with great people skills and an excellent communicator and who is competent in building their patient base.
This is a position based on an hourly rate on a self employed basis therefore we would particularly welcome applicants looking for self employed positions.
You will work alongside our Chiropractors at our Glasgow and East Kilbride clinics 3 + days per week.
Ideally, we are looking for an ambitious individual wiling to learn and work as a part of a great team. Working for Glasgow Spinal Care means you won’t have to worry about bringing the patient to the clinic as we will provide you with patients and massage clients to help build your patient list.
As a Sports Therapist, you will be responsible for providing predominantly sports massage, soft tisse work and rehabilitation treatment for specific patients however on some cases you will also need to provide a quality assessment, diagnosis, evaluation, treatment and advice to private paying patients.
You will need to work as an autonomous practitioner taking responsibility for the management of patients on your own caseload without direct supervision. You will need to maintain patient documentation, records and accurate statistical information to reflect care provided and to meet professional standards and clinic policies.
You will be required to provide massage services to new patients to help build a private clinics list.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
To be fully qualified with qualifications in Sports Therapy
To be able to connect and communicate in English
