**Job description**
- Fixed term position from the commencement of the apprenticeship until completion of apprenticeship qualification which is expected to be in the region of 12 - 18 months total.
- 40 hours per week, including 6 hours study time to complete the mandatory off the Job Training to complete the **Level 3 Business Administrator **apprenticeship
- Opportunity for progression upon completion to full time employment

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Process each sales order from receipt through to shipment and invoice (to be sent to customer).
- Work in close partnership with our EU 3PL provider to ensure an impeccable customer experience.
- Submit stock reports for purchasing meetings and process stock purchase orders that are agreed during the meeting.
- Maintain the purchase order schedule keeping in close contact with key suppliers to ensure an efficient stock management system.
- Liaise with freight forwarders to co-ordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Arrange despatch of outbound sample packages.
- Maintain company compliance records (ISO/H&S) as well as product compliance records
- Complete and send inbound order files to the EU warehouse in advance of deliveries
- Ensure all shipments are on schedule to impact any customer delivery dates
- Work closely with our manufacturing partners to check purchase orders are on schedule
- Maintain an efficient split of stock between EU and UK and confirm with manufacturers products this split for shipping
- Assist in regular price checking exercises with 3rdparty providers
- Track stock locations at all times and efficiently manage part shipped purchase orders
- Use Unleashed to provide relevant reports and maintain purchasing/sales system
- Use Excel to interrogate data and determine reorder points and quantities

**Key Competencies**
- 3 A-levels grade A* to E
- Highly organised and methodical
- Analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £192.40-£288.46 per week
