**Job Overview**

The purpose of a Bulk Sales & Servicing Specialist is to match the expectation and behaviour of Halfords for Business, to be the very best Via first-class management of Halford’s for Businesses extensive and every growing portfolio of clients and partners the Bulk Sales & Servicing Specialist is responsible for driving, seeking, and closing opportunities for continued growth and wider opportunities across our existing and new client base, whilst managing and renegotiating contracts in line with set and agreed KPI’s.

Reporting to a Business Development Consultant, the Bulk Sales & Servicing Specialist project manages and oversees every element of the client process when it comes to wholesale ordering and/or availing of our servicing proposition from Halfords For Business. This role encompasses lead generation, cross selling of H4B products and services, onboarding of new clients, financial management, market leading account management and customer service for our ever growing client base to ensure repeat business. The Bulk Sales & Servicing Specialist is expected to have strong relationship management skillsets both internally and externally to unlock success on every opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- Account Manage and develop exceptional B2B relationships with both direct clients and sales partners. KPI’s will be set in line with the role to showcase growth, retention and excellent levels of customer service.
- Be a confident negotiator. knowledgeable on all aspects of Halfords for Business contractual obligations including supplier agreements and should always enable the individual to seek opportunities to renegotiate both directly and with the support of more senior team members.
- Be confident and competent in owning client opportunities both direct and via sales partners. A key attribute for this role will be selling, account management and aftercare.
- Have a strong understanding of profitability to facilitate and deliver high volume and good margin sales.
- Have a degree of competency and professionalism when speaking
- Confident to in speaking to senior members within public and private sector organisations.
- Be competent in time and pipeline management allowing accurate insight and forecasting to your line manager.
- Seek new and better ways of working
