Our East Yorkshire client is currently looking for a Commercial Administrator for their team.

**Commercial Administrator**
**Up to £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)**
**40 hours per week**
**Permanent**

We are seeing a Commercial Administrator to support our clients team.

The company is a leading supplier of modular buildings with an ambitious growth plan over the next 12 months.

**As a Commercial Administrator, you will be required to**:

- Raise purchase orders for hire teams to create work orders
- Raise retention releases for complete projects
- Manage and release held invoices
- Responsible for retention release register for completed PO’s
- Raise POs for marketing, misc. hire and prelim requirements
- Keep POR register / tracker
- Supplier and subcontractor statement reconciliations
- Responsible for filling POR & PO documents in correct project folders
- General administration
- Ad hoc tasks and reporting as requested

**What we need from a Commercial Administrator**:

- NVQ Diploma in Administration is desired, but not essential
- Previous experience of working in the Plant Hire or modular building industry (preferable but not essential)
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to deadlines with minimum supervision, individually and as part of a team
- The ability to work with minimum supervision.
- PC Literate - including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle, IFS
- GCSE Maths and English
- Strong work ethic and keen eye for detail
