Loyalty Advisor

Berry Chiswick is looking for a Loyalty Advisor.

**Your role**

As a Loyalty Advisor for Berry Group, you’ll have the exciting opportunity of working across both BMW & MINI with the aim of keeping our customers loyal to a fantastic brand.

Working within a friendly team, you’ll be responsible for contacting your own segment of customers at crucial points within their finance agreement whilst maximising every opportunity to win them back. Building relationships and delivering first-class customer service are key to success in this role.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Making customer appointments and working closely with the Sales Teams
- Creating and maintaining your own campaigns
- Keeping accurate customer records
- Working to achieve your set KPIs

**Your profile**
- Proven experience within a customer-facing role and providing great customer service.
- Strong IT literacy skills as well as excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Great team player with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, communication skills and willingness to learn and develop.
- Ideally hold a full driving licence.
