**What is the purpose of this job?**

**What can I expect to do in this job?**

1. Support cloud-based solutions, including SharePoint, Teams and the PowerPlatform

2. Work as part of a team to provide professional technical support to our internal customers.

3. Build, configure and deploy Teams and SharePoint sites following guidelines, policies and procedures.

4. Train new SharePoint and Teams site administrators/owners to manage user permissions correctly to best practice, including external guest users

5. Diagnose and resolve user permission issues, primarily external guest user access to secure SharePoint sites

Undertake other duties within the scope of this post as directed by your manager

**What experience, skills and knowledge do I need?**
- Essential

1. 2+ years' experience using and/or supporting Word, PowerPoint, Excel

2. Behave in accordance with and in the spirit of the organisational values
- Desirable

1. Certification in the development of Microsoft stack or similar technologies

2. Operational experience supporting or developing solutions in SharePoint Online or PowerPlatform

4. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Powershell

5. Working knowledge of SharePoint Administration

6. Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory, specifically users and O365 groups

7. Teamwork, Creative Thinking

8. Ability to work collaboratively, sharing information and building supportive, responsive relationships with colleagues and stakeholder
