**Role**:
We’re looking for a proactive, solutions orientated and service focused Recruitment Partner who has directly managed end to end recruitment campaigns, utilising various attraction methods and techniques.

They work closely with the other colleagues across the People Team, to continuously improve our ways of working, attraction techniques, management development and people plans, allowing for flexibility and ensuring delivery of corporate strategies and KPIs.

**Responsibilities**:
You will:

- design and deliver in house end to end recruitment campaigns using appropriate channels to reach a range of audiences
- working with specific directorates and partnering with the Business Partners to understand current and future requirements, from their directorates people plans, enabling proactive recruitment campaigns in a timely manner
- work closely with the Administrators to provide an escalation point for queries, to clarify and provide guidance on policies and procedures, and escalating within People team for other support as needed
- build effective relationships with stakeholders, using data, market intelligence and excellent communication skills to influence managers when designing their recruitment campaign
- promote TPR externally as an employer of choice to build talent pools

**Essential and desirable criteria**:

- Experience of managing and prioritising multiple campaigns including high volume recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Experience of delivering innovative, diverse and inclusive recruitment campaigns.
- Positive adoption to change and transformation, always striving for continuous improvement.
- Experience of partnering with other functions in the People Team as well as the wider organisation.
- Supportive team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment whilst also have your own clear responsibilities.
