I am actively recruiting a Bookkeeping Supervisor for a 4 Director firm based in Pinner.

Bookkeeping Supervisor Responsibilities:

- Managing a portfolio of clients from sectors including property investment, manufacturing, technology and media companies with multimillion £ turnovers
- Providing book-keeping services to clients, right from source documents to the point of preparing the trial balance and subsequent liaison with other teams
- You will be reconciling multiple bank accounts and processing quarterly and monthly VAT returns.
- Produce quarterly and monthly Management Accounts
- You will be using Xero software on a daily basis, alongside add-on apps.
- Monitor the WIP on your clients and ensure clients are billed as per the company's policies

First stage interviews are taking place asap, over MS teams of face to face.
