On behalf of Nationwide, AMS are seeking a Administrator for a 9-month contract with the **possibility of extensions**, **on a hybrid working schedule **within our **Nationwide Building Society Moulton Park Office, NN3 6NW. Please note all applicants must be able to travel to the Northampton office for the first 1-2 weeks of starting in the role and on a hybrid working basis thereafter.**

**We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join the PCDR (PPI Commission Document Request) Team. The role predominantly involves data fulfilment and responding to third party queries as part of the DSARs (Data Subject Access Request) framework.**

**What you’ll be doing**
- Collating bespoke document packs in line with third party requests for information in an accurate and timely manner, whilst ensuring the requests are fulfilled entirely and meet the quality and data protection requirements
- Handling inbound and outbound validation calls, ensuring the relevant recording and validation processes are adhered to
- Issuing template and free type adhoc correspondence to third party requests
- Supporting with managing the team’s inbound hard copy requests, including checking validity, scanning to the system and logging new cases

**Hybrid Working Schedule with regular attendance in Nationwide Building Society Office Northampton, Moulton Park, NN3 6NW**

**Nationwide will provide equipment to enable remote working i.e., laptop, mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc.**

**No annual leave during first 6 weeks of the training period.**

Primarily a **9 month** contract with the **possibility of extension**

**What you'll bring**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to self-motivate and manage your time and workload - working to deadlines without supervision
- A high-level attention to detail which enables you to adhere to processes and procedures and produce and present accurate MI when required
- Previous administration experience and data entry skills
- Be UK based with the ability to travel to Northampton Admin Centre (NAC) on a monthly basis to complete the PCDR Returns process
- Preferably a sound knowledge of Nationwide products, particularly Mortgage, Personal Loan and Credit Card and the associated systems such as Quantum Lite, ICL, RBS etc

**Salary**: £21,348.60 per annum

**Training**:Initial induction will last 3 days, our process training scheme thereafter is side-by-side (or screen share over Microsoft Teams for remote workers) and successful applicants will go through a 4-6-week route to competency on one of our entry level processes.
