Telesales Executive

Morson Talent are working with a rapidly expanding Independent Insurance Broker who are looking to add a Telesales Executive to their growing Sales team based in their Halifax or Leeds office. Our client operates as a B2B Insurance Broker with decades ofmarket leading experience within the sector. The purpose of the role is working as part of their sales team and finely tuned database to make appointments for their Account Executive team. The organisation are growing at a rapid rate and its an exciting timeto join an expanding business with great progression opportunities. This role also offers hybrid working.

**What will you be doing?**
- Place phone calls to potential clients and leads
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales programme
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our Executive’s schedules
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

**Qualifications required
**GCSE Maths and English at grade C (4) or above essential.

**Skills required**
- Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work as a part of team but with control of own workload
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
