Location: Fish & Farm, Newcastle, Co Down

Hours: Full-time/Part-time

**Salary**: Competitive

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold brew, according to established recipes and standards.

Operate espresso machines and other equipment with precision and efficiency.

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.

Provide friendly and attentive service to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the venue, including the coffee bar and seating areas

Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Assist your team when needed in other areas of the business.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.

Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and specialty coffee beverages.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
